Ukrainian students from the Lviv Music Academy were welcomed at the Tbilisi Museums Union during their educational tour. Supported by the Tbilisi Municipality Council and City Hall, these guests are staying in Georgia until September 9, engaging in a diverse array of cultural and educational activities across the country.
Their itinerary included visits to significant sites like the Ilia Chavchavadze Literary Memorial Museum and the Kote and Soso Tsereteli Memorial House Museum. Nini Sanadiradze, the General Director of the Museums Union, alongside her colleagues, provided insightful narratives about the historical significance of these museums and the notable figures they honor.
The museum visits were complemented by enriching educational programs such as “Language of Symbols” and “From Sails to Clothes,” curated by the museum staff. Furthermore, the collaboration between the students and teachers from Lviv Music Academy and the talented winners of the “Young Talent of Lviv” music competition, held at the Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy, resulted in captivating musical performances during their museum visits.
