In collaboration with the European Union, the United Nations Development Program, and the Tbilisi Museums Union, the third “On Human Rights and Freedoms” public discussion series took place at the Ilia Chavchavadze Literary Memorial Museum on June 27. The session held the theme of “Human Rights in Traditional Society.”

Professor Giga Zedania from Ilia State University headlined the event as the main speaker. Joining the discussion was Paul Dalton, the chief advisor of the Danish Human Rights Institute. Dalton shared insights into the significance of human rights protection within his country.

The discussion series aims to encourage collaboration between the youth, civil society, and decision-makers. Through these dialogues, the objective is to encourage joint initiatives that pave the way for an equitable, fair, and inclusive society.
