In 2022 with the support of the Special Penitentiary Service and the initiative of Tbilisi Museums Union in the frame of educational program ‘’Museum outside of the museum’’ lectures have been organized for teenagers from No. 11 rehabilitation centre where museum representatives shared the knowledge about museum everyday life and activities.
Two months educational project involved teenagers in different interactions and topics of discussion such as: the importance of the museum, the historical context and muses; importance of restoration and conservation; history of ballet and world fashion on the example of Vakhtang Chabukiani; the life and role of Ilia Chavchavadze and others.
By the end of the project each teenager received the certificate.
The mentioned educational activities are aimed to help teenagers in rehabilitation process, that will increase their interest in the academic and professional education in the penitentiary system.
