The Tbilisi Museums Union – Dolls and Toys Museum received a thoughtful gift from Marie Madeleine Bart, a great friend and admirer of Georgia—an Alsace doll dressed in regional attire.
As per Marie Madeleine Bart’s wish, Mrs. Sofiko Jervalidze generously contributed the doll to the Tbilisi Dolls and Toys Museum Fund.
Marie Madeleine Bart made multiple visits to Georgia, exploring every corner of the country. During August 2008, deeply devoted to Georgia, she stayed in Tbilisi and organized charity events aimed at supporting the country during the war.
