Tbilisi Museums Union – Ilia Chavchavdze Literary Memorial Museum introduced a new museum literary game, welcoming enthusiasts of literary traditions and museum visitors.
Ilia’s “Thursday” tradition persisted at the museum for years, – “Every week, on Thursdays, not only the members of the editorial office, all our honored writers, but also the intelligentsia would gather with Ilia… Ilia was powerful in his speech… In the end, the issues revolved around the homeland”.
As part of the International Museum Day celebrations, the hosts and guests decided to carry on Ilia Chavchavadze’s “Thursday” tradition. Held on June 6 at the Literary Memorial Museum, attendees engaged in a literary board game, and the winners received editions from the Tbilisi Museums Union as prizes.
