26th of May The union of Tbilisi Municipal Museums, Merab Kostava memorial house museum celebrated the national-liberation leader Merab Kostava’s 80th anniversary. Merab Kostava was born on 26th of May, his name is associated with the idea and fight for liberty.
The Union of Tbilisi Municipal Museums-Merab Kostava memorial house museum hosted the evening with different activities. During the day St. Tamar school-passionate and art school named after Hamlet Goniashvili played the concert. After the show, various poets led the evening. The local band “Barikoni” performed due to the anniversary. The evening finished with the performance of a documental movie”The Martyr”, based on the life and living of Merab Kostava”
