The Union of Tbilisi Museums held an Open Day in relation with the World Teachers’ Day on October 5.
Teachers together with their students visited the Union of Tbilisi Museums, visitors were given guided tours, listened and got acquainted with the important information concerning the life and work of the commemorated persons, and educational and cognitive programs were also conducted.
The World Teachers’ Day has been celebrated since 1994, and every year teachers in more than 100 countries around the globe celebrate their professional day. The Union of Tbilisi Museums has been celebrating the World Teachers’ Day for many years already and welcomes all interested parties with numerous educational and cognitive activities in the museums free of charge.
