Today, on February 4, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia Lasha Zhvania and Israeli Consul to Georgia Smadar Tsemakh-Ratsab visited the Kote and Soso Tsereteli Memorial House-Museum of the Tbilisi Union of Museums
The guests got acquainted with the life and work of Kote Tsereteli, the library, memorial items, personal archives.
The guests were interested in the planned and future issues of the Tbilisi Union of Museums and expressed readiness for future cooperation.
The guests were hosted by the General Director of the Tbilisi Union of Museums Nini Sanadiradze.
Kote Tsereteli, a Georgian orientalist and the founder of the teaching of Hebrew-Aramaic in Georgia, an honorary citizen of Tbilisi, was born on February 4, 1921.
