Today, on February 3, Envoy of the Holy See, Dean of the diplomatic corps in Georgia, Archbishop Jose A. Betancourt, The Chancellor of the Holy See Monsignor Giuseppe Latertza and Attaché Jaba Gabitashvili visited Zakaria Paliashvili Memorial House-Museum of the Union of Tbilisi Museums.

The guests saw Zakaria Paliashvili Memorial House-Museum, where the composer lived and worked from 1915 to 1933 – until his death. They got acquainted with Zakaria Paliashvili’s life and work, memorial items, documentary photographs, manuscripts, etc.

The guests at the museum were hosted by the General Director of the Union of Tbilisi Museums, Nini Sanadiradze, the curator of the museum, Tamar Marr, and the guardian of the museum fund, Tea Dumbadze.
